Scoop the Moon is led by Sandra Elkind, a certified American Mah Jongg instructor accredited through the School of American Mah Jongg.
A former art history professor and a designer with five patents to her name, she brings a scholar's clarity and a designer's warmth to every table she teaches. Lessons follow the official rules and current card of the National Mah Jongg League.
